Locust's fury sin idea, the imbasin
i capped locust's fury today and i got an idea.
with locust's fury and critical agillity you attack once every 0.5 sec.
meaning you can get 8 andrenaline in 4 sec, for save yourselves.
the build idea:

also, this is fun to, dealing about 100 dps @ master of damage:
and i have asura title on 1 or so

bet it isn't as efficient as the MB-DB spam build for build up andren for SY!

If SY! is your single goal, then Locust's Fury plus any amount of points in Dagger Mastery will likely beat MS-DB spam.
Death Blossom spamming will net you one double strike every two hits. As far as I know, attack skills will never result in a double strike.
Locust's Fury, on its own, will likely give a similar result (1 double every 2 attacks). Add onto that the chance given by Dagger Mastery and you'll probably exceed that.
As a general build though, it probably isn't as good. Though if you had some physical buffs (say, an Orders necro with [Strength of Honor]) the results could be quite hilarious.

the build with conjure *** and asuran scan deals about 100DPS.
with strengh and honer, judge's insight, barbs, splinter weapon and mark of pain its sick.
a lot of aoe damage and almost 200 single target DPS for a minute long.
for SY! spam my build is faster, about 70% of double strike and you attack 33% faster.
thats almost 2 attacks a second.
just tried, i get about 50 DPS with the imba build, and i can cast SY! every 4 a 5 sec, that about perma SY!

or take a necro that inflicts a lot of conditions and take Signet of Malice.

If you're aiming to get as much SY! as you can, why don't you use [FGJ] in place of [Dash]?
[Assassin's Remedy] does need an attack skill as far as I know, which opens up more options again, looks like it should be a fun change from usual builds all the same!

well my warrior is level 6 so i dont know a lot of warrior skills.
but for great justice is really nice i must say.
going to add that one.
just did tannakai temple on NM with an friend with moebius sin build.
1 monk WoH hero, 1 monk life sheat hero and 1 MM hero.
and some PuG guys, with crappy build without elites.
and no one died, masters and almost perma SY!.
so its not that bad i would say

Conjure requires an elemental weapon, which means barbs, orders, and mark of pain won't trigger.

[locust's fury]["for great justice!" (pve)][critical agility][critical eye][golden phoenix strike][critical strike]["save yourselves!" (luxon)]
... and then an open slot for whatever you'd like, [sunspear rebirth signet], [critical defenses], [pain inverter], [asuran scan], [ebon battle standard of honor], you name it. Just attack normally, and throw in [golden phoenix strike][critical strike] for assured critical hits whenever they're available.

Depending on how much you've buffed that necro, the attack skills may give less damage (given that Golden Phoenix will never double strike) and I would never run a Locust's Fury build without buffing the shit out of the sin using it.
That also means you'll be taking an orders necro and he should have Foul Feast and a form of hex removal.
As for Air of Superiority, well the benefit is... marginal. The energy gain is unnecessary (you should be getting enough crits). The only real upshot of it is to sometimes recharge skills, which is nice if Critical Agility gets stripped.

but what about an necro build to support this build?
i would say [order of the vampire][order of pain][barbs][mark of pain][Strength of Honor][foul feast] but for the other 2 skills, any ideas?
dont have an necro so the only necro build i know is discordway

Well [Order of pain] Won't work with [Order of the vampire]
But the support role is pretty energy heavy I'd suggest splitting the roles between two necros
EDIT: If you want to upkeep [Save yourselves] you could use [order of pain] and [dark fury] but seeing as your attacking every .66 of a second DF might be a little useless.
Second EDIT: If your running two "Human" sins i don't see why [Great Dwarf Weapon] doesn't get a spot on your bar. You have no attack skills, Which is good for [Locust's Fury]. As XM said if your running two Locust You'll need some serious buffing the Shite out of them for them to stupid amounts of damage.
I've run something with XM before with OoV and Vamp Daggers pretty much ate things in seconds.

In that first optional, I would take either [Mark of Fury] or [Mark of Pain]. Perhaps even [barbs]. If I was taking Mark of Pain, I would try to get [Air of Superiority] in that last optional slot. Otherwise, just stick a res into that last slot.
The energy demand on that build isn't too bad, even when you've got Strength of Honor on two or three people, Masochism helps take the pressure off from OotV and things should be dying a lot.
If your monks or healers aren't happy about the saccing, you'll need to take a self heal of some sort. If you havn't got a high maximum health, [Blood Renewal] may be worth a shot, otherwise... well perhaps you could spec into healing and take something like [Patient Spirit]. Or just take [Blood Ritual] and tell them to shut the f*** up.
If you're not worried about having conditions, then scrap plague sending and take the points out of curses.
I'm trying to remember how I got hex removal in that bar... meh.
